I’ve spent most of my career in this space. I’ve coached C-suite executives through pivotal moments and helped leadership teams get moving again when they hit a wall.

 

I’ve seen what works and what doesn't across tech, financial services, government, and nonprofits—serving as both an internal leader and an external consultant.

But more than what's on paper is the time I've spent helping leaders in transition move forward with renewed clarity, purpose, and confidence.
